Image Credit: Peter Sorel/FoxFox announced today that it will debut The Chicago Code (formerly Ride-Along) on Monday, Feb. 7. Shot on location in Chicago, the drama starring Jason Clarke (Brotherhood) and Jennifer Beals (The L-Word) follows city cops as they fight crime and corruption in the Windy City. The drama’s from Shawn Ryan (The Shield) and Tim Minear (Dollhouse).
The new series will air in the timeslot currently occupied by Lie to Me, which has been averaging 6.1 million viewers (its predecessor, the short-lived Lone Star, only averaged 4.5 million viewers after two airings). Fox said Lie to Me will return to the schedule at a later date.
