‘Dancing with the Stars’ eliminated contestant talks about next gig: Another reality show!

Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya may have earned the lowest scores on Monday but they got sweet relief during Tuesday’s telecast when Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke told them they were safe for another week. So who went home, instead? Find out after the jump!

dwts-audrina-patridgeGuys (and green-with-envy gals) won’t have Audrina Patridge’s abs to gawk at anymore. Though she and Tony Dovolani earned 32 out of a possible 40 points on Monday – the second highest-scoring performance of the night behind Brandy and Maksim Chmerkovskiy – Patridge became the sixth dancer to get the boot from Dancing with the Stars. Talking with reporters afterwards, Dovolani still appeared worked up by the judges’ harsh comments from the night before (including Len Goodman’s complaint that his partner didn’t show the necessary amount of character for a Latin dance).

“It’s hard when you put that much work into it,” Dovolani said. ”I know the judges sway an audience one way or another, and in this particular case, I wanted them to recognize how hard Audrina had been working to get to this point. Instead, they scolded us not once but a couple weeks in a row. They focused on her character and I think she has the greatest character in the world.”

“Last night’s comments were harsh but there’s nothing I can really say. It was to be,” Patridge added. ”I wanted more time! It still feels like unfinished business.”

At least she has another reality show to keep her busy. VH-1 is expected to announce Wednesday that it has picked up a new show from uber-producer Mark Burnett that’ll feature the former star of The Hills as she navigates Tinseltown. Though Patridge wouldn’t divulge the title of the show that’s expected to earn a multi-episode order, she did tease some of the key players. ”It’s about my family, me and everything you’ve always wondered about,” Patridge explains. “Tony will be on it. We’re good friends. He’ll make some trips to New York and visit.”

Dovolani had some news of his own to share with reporters: He and Chmerkovskiy will open a dance studio in Hollywood! Patridge hopes to be one of his first students - no doubt so she can maintain her speedy metabolism that allowed her eat pizza and “lots of desserts” while doing Stars. ”Already all my girlfriends have said, `God forbid you get voted off because we so want to learn to dance with you.’ So now I’m going to learn to dance with Tony and Maks,” Patridge said.

As for who she plans to support in the finale, Patridge admitted “it’s going to be hard. Maybe I’ll make a phone call to everyone.  Next week is the 200th episode party so I’ll be back!”
